Has my order shipped?
Click the silhouette image at the top right of the screen. From the dropdown click “MY ACCOUNT” and look to the left side of the screen. Next click “My Orders” you should see the “Status” column in the table of the orders you have placed.
How do I cancel my order?
Click the silhouette image at the top right of the screen. From the dropdown click “MY ACCOUNT” and look to the left side of the screen. Click “My Orders” from the left side of the screen and under the “Action” column select “Cancel Order” **Please Note once the “Status” of your order changes it is no longer editable** Orders marked Processing may be cancelled, however once marked shipped the order cannot be cancelled.
My order never arrived.

Next click “My Orders” you should see the “Status” column in the table of the orders you have placed. If the “Status” column states “Delivered” and you have not received the shipment please call our Customer Service Department (877) 835-3010.
How do I create an account?
Click the silhouette image at the top right of the screen. From the dropdown click “MY ACCOUNT” This will bring you to our customer sign up/sign in page. Please click the “Create an Account” button on the right side of the page. Please enter the required information, at the bottom of the page click the “Create an Account” button.
How do I edit my account information?
Click the silhouette image at the top right of the screen. From the dropdown click “MY ACCOUNT” If you are not signed in please sign in. Once signed in you can choose from the left vertical menu what you would like to edit.

From the dropdown click “MY ACCOUNT” On the left side of the page you will see the “Sign In” button to the right of that is the “Forgot your Password?” link. This will allow you to reset your password. Please follow the on screen instructions.
What is your return policy/ how do I return my product?
Returns may be made up to 90 days from your delivery date for a full refund of your purchase amount. We are committed to offering our customers the finest products available. If you feel the products you receive from Grande Cosmetics does not meet this expectation, simply return the product and we would be happy to remit your account for the full amount of the purchase. Exchanges of un opened items are also accepted up to 90 days of delivery.

See the “Action” column and click “View Order” link. Towards the top right you will see a link “Print Order” click that and follow the on screen instructions.
When will my credit for my returned item(s) appear on my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
How do I use a coupon?
After you add all the desired items to your cart click “Go To Checkout” button. Once you confirm your “Shipping Address” and select your “Shipping Methods” click the “Next” button. Then click the “Apply Discount Code” and in the drop down enter your discount code.
